Helix Ball 3D: Ultimate Spiral Drop · Effective 31 October 2026
This policy covers the game Helix Ball 3D: Ultimate Spiral Drop (package com.questbytes.helixball), published by Quest Byte Labs ("the game", "we"). The short version: the game does not collect, send or share any personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases and no analytics, and it works fully offline.
Information stored on your device
To remember your progress and preferences, the game keeps the following in a file on your device only:
- Profile: the player name, avatar and frame you choose, your player level and XP.
- Progress: reached levels, stars and best scores, boss towers beaten, daily challenge, missions, achievements, daily login rewards, event and season progress, and inbox messages.
- Coins and items: your coin and gem balances, power-ups, and the balls, trails, effects, sounds, tower themes and environments you own and use.
- Statistics and records: runs, rings passed, combos, fireballs, play time, recent run history and your own best scores per mode.
- Settings: volume, music, sound effects, vibration, touch sensitivity, inverted rotation, graphics quality, frame rate, battery saver and accessibility options.
This information is never sent to us. You can erase it at any time from Settings → Reset progress, by clearing the app's data, or by uninstalling the game.
Advertising, purchases and analytics
This version of the game shows no advertising, offers no in-app purchases and contains no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services. Scores and records stay on your device; there are no online leaderboards. If a future version adds any of these, this policy will be updated before that version is released.

A bug report includes the game version, your device model, Android version, graphics chip, memory size and current level, so we can help. Nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself. We use what you write only to answer you. Share score opens Android's share sheet with a short text you can send through an app of your choice.
Permissions
The game uses the vibration permission for short haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings. It does not use the internet for gameplay and does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or files.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has given us information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security and retention
Game data stays on your device until you reset it or uninstall the game. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
Changes
If the game's behaviour ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised.
