Neon Dash: Endless Runner 3D

This policy explains how the Android game Neon Dash: Endless Runner 3D (package com.questbytes.neondash), published by Neon Dash Studio, handles your information. The short version: we do not sell your information, and we do not ask for your real name, email, contacts, photos or location. There are no accounts and no sign-up, and your progress stays on your phone. The game is free to play and shows ads from Google AdMob.

What stays on your device

The player name you type in, your progress (coins, gems, unlocked runners, hoverboards and worlds, missions, records, run history) and your settings.
Ad limits: the date and count the game uses to cap free-coin videos per day.
These are kept in one save file in the app's private storage on your phone. They are never sent to us.

Advertising

The game shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the lobby and menus (never during a run), an occasional full-screen ad when you leave the results of a run (never in your first runs and never after every run), and optional videos you can choose to watch for a reward: a free revive, double the coins from a run, or free coins in the shop (a few times a day). Rewards are only given after Google confirms the video was watched.

To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app details, and how you interact with ads. Google may use this information to show ads based on your interests (personalised ads). Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences with parental guidance (PG). Google handles this information under its own policies: see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google privacy policy. We never receive this information.

Your choices

Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): in these regions the game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later from Settings › Ad privacy choices.
Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings under Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Google › Ads on some devices).
Reward videos are always optional. Every part of the game can be played without watching one.

What we do not do

No accounts or sign-in.
No analytics, tracking or crash reporting of our own.
No in-app purchases.
No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.

Permissions

The game uses the internet and network state for ads, the advertising ID permission for ads, and vibration for short haptic feedback (which you can turn off in Settings). Runs can be played offline; ads simply don't load without a connection.

Deleting your data

Use Settings › Reset all progress in the game, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Any of these removes everything the game stored. We hold no copy to delete.

Children

Neon Dash is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Data security and retention

Game data stays on your device until you reset it or uninstall the game. Ad traffic to Google is encrypted (HTTPS). Google keeps its data according to its own retention policies.

Changes

If the game's behaviour ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
