Privacy Policy
Sortiverse 3D · Effective 22 October 2026
This policy covers the game Sortiverse 3D (package com.questbytes.sortiverse), published by Questbyte Labs ("the game", "we"). The short version: we do not sell your information, and we do not ask for your real name, email, contacts, photos or location. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no online multiplayer. Your progress stays on your phone. The game is free to play: it shows ads from Google AdMob and offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play.
Information stored on your device
To remember your progress and preferences, the game keeps the following on your device only:
- Profile: the nickname and emblem you choose, plus your player level and XP.
- Progress: unlocked levels and worlds, stars and best scores for each level, an unfinished level so you can continue it, daily reward and daily challenge history, missions, weekly goals, event progress, Star Road rewards and achievements.
- Coins and items: your coin, hint and extra-tube balances, the ball, tube, trail and scene styles you own and use, and a record of purchases so they can be delivered once and restored.
- Statistics: levels completed, moves, balls sorted, undos, hints used and play time.
- Settings: language, volume, music, sound effects, vibration, graphics quality, frame rate, colour-blind palette, ball symbols, reduced motion and the move style (drag or tap).
- Ad limits: the dates and counts the game uses to space out ads and cap reward videos per day.
This information is never sent to us. You can erase it at any time from Settings → Reset progress, by clearing the app's data, or by uninstalling the game.
Advertising
The game shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of some screens, an occasional full-screen ad between levels (never in the first levels, never during a move, and never after every level), and optional videos you can choose to watch for a reward such as coins, a hint, an extra tube, a continue, double rewards or a free trial of a style. Rewards are only given after Google confirms the video was watched. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app details, and how you interact with ads. Google may use this information to show ads based on your interests (personalised ads). Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences with parental guidance (PG). Google handles this information under its own policies: see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google privacy policy. We never receive this information.
In-app purchases
Coin packs, bundles and the Remove Ads option are sold through Google Play. Google Play processes the payment; we never see your card or payment details. Google Play tells the game which products you bought, along with a transaction identifier, so the game can deliver each purchase once and restore Remove Ads and permanent items after a reinstall. Purchases are optional: every level can be completed without paying.
Your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): in these regions the game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later from Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads on some devices).
- Fewer ads: the Remove Ads purchase stops banner and between-level ads. Reward videos stay available, and are always optional.
- Deletion: Settings → Reset progress, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the game deletes everything the game stores on your device. We hold no copy to delete.
Links and support
Rate the game opens the game's page on Google Play, and any review you post there is handled by Google. Contact support opens your own email app with a message to us that includes the game version, your device model and Android version, so we can help; nothing is sent unless you send that email. We use what you write only to answer you.
Permissions
The game uses the internet and network state for ads and purchases, the billing permission for Google Play purchases, the advertising ID permission for ads, and vibration for short haptic feedback (which you can turn off in Settings). The game does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or files. All levels can be played offline.
Children
Sortiverse 3D is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security and retention
Game data stays on your device until you reset it or uninstall the game. Ad and purchase traffic to Google is encrypted (HTTPS). Google keeps its data according to its own retention policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
Changes
If the game's behaviour ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised.
